Since 1947, the Conseil économique et coopératif de la Saskatchewan (CÉCS) has been responsible for the economic development of francophone communities in the province and its spokesperson for economic development.
The CÉCS offers a range of programs and services that meet Francophone communities’ needs and challenges. The CÉCS has three offices in Saskatchewan: Bellevue, Regina and Saskatoon.
Thanks to its proactive approach, the CÉCS holds a prominent place in the Francophone economic arena and has aroused other stakeholders’ interest in the economic community at the provincial, national, and international levels.

To encourage individuals, businesses, and communities to take advantage of the economic potential of their region.

To support communities to organize and empower themselves in terms of economic development.
As a member of the Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité de développementéconomique et d’employabilité (RDÉE), the CÉCS gives access to more services to Francophone communities in the province.
