We are looking for an Analyst, Continuous Improvement to join our Sales and Operations Planning team in Saskatoon.

Headquartered in Saskatoon with three international offices, Canpotex is one of the world's largest suppliers of potash overseas. On behalf of our Shareholders, Mosaic and Nutrien, we market and deliver Saskatchewan potash, a valuable fertilizer nutrient, to millions of fields and farmers globally - ultimately helping the world grow more food.

The opportunity

  • Develop and maintain the continuous improvement framework in alignment with corporate objectives and enterprise transformation timelines and requirements.
  • Lead current and future state process mapping to support operational and system transitions.
  • Act as the Operations subject matter expert for system enhancements and smaller IT projects.
  • Complete needs assessments and recommend project and enhancement priorities.
  • Develop training and knowledge-sharing programs to support continuous learning.
  • Review operational processes and company policies to identify opportunities to improve workflows and create efficiencies.
  • Document and standardize best practices and support consistent use of Canpotex systems.
  • Create and maintain KPIs related to system impact, including forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and system adoption rates.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for potential integration into business processes and enterprise systems.
  • Assist in planning and implementing supply chain optimization projects.

You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Applied Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in a supply chain, operations management, or related role.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain processes, and/or business analysis is considered an asset.

  • Clear and Impactful Communication: Communicates ideas, priorities, and technical information clearly through strong listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Partnership: Works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support enterprise alignment, knowledge sharing, and successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
  • Flexibility and Responsiveness: Adapts quickly to shifting priorities, system changes, and operational needs while maintaining progress on deliverables. This may include working non-traditional business hours
