We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Route Service Driver+ Production Member to join our team! This is a dual role doing deliveries as well as doing warehouse work. 5 day work week with great benefits and Company-matched RRSP Program.
In this energetic role, you will be the face of our company on the road, delivering exceptional service to customers while efficiently managing your route. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely deliveries, maintain excellent customer relationships, and promote our products through upselling and merchandising.

Duties :
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Class 5 License Required with a reasonably clean abstract.
- Load and unload, often requiring heavy lifting and proper handling techniques
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Promote additional products or services through upselling opportunities during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, ensuring proper product is on-site
- Communicate effectively with your direct report and the customer service team members regarding delivery status, route changes, or issues encountered
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting
Pay: From CA$21.00 per hour.
Hours: 08:00-4:00 Monday-Friday
