Young Canada Works is an initiative of the Department of Canadian Heritage and part of the youth employment strategy of the Government of Canada. The CÉCS administers Young Canada Works in Both Official Languages for Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
You can benefit from a subsidy to cover part of the salary of a student whose permanent residence is more than 125 km from the work site. This is a way for you to diversify your workforce while encouraging the next generation to discover your area of the country. For more information on the program, go to the Young Canada Works Website.
