CÉCS Job Fairs are an effective way for businesses to find qualified workers and to save time and money in the process.
The Job Fairs use an individual approach, which means that, as well as creating a bank of interesting curriculum vitae, each employer is able to spend a few minutes talking to individual job seekers who come to their table. Because of the limited number of employers participating in the event, the focus is on networking, allowing employers to gain greater visibility among job-seekers. The Fairs also serve as an excellent springboard for businesses who want to make themselves known to newcomers seeking employment.
